    Description

    As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing Programs from conception through to delivery. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure our Programs are executed in a timely manner.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans that align with the company's strategic objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Implement robust risk management strategies to ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
    • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
    • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends. Incorporate best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program outcomes and drive competitive advantage.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet program milestones and financial objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science or a related field.
    • 8+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record in a technology sector.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and resources in a dynamic environment.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
