Job summary
Reporting to the Supervisor, Payroll, responsible to support the Corporation's payroll processing and pension administration programs. Provide assistance in set-up, maintenance,calculation,
and analysis of payroll and pension-related processes and systems.
Balances and reconciles payroll; reviews,
verifies,and adjusts time entry reports
and codes as needed based on Corporate Policy,
CANADA REVENU AGENCY AND ALL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS.
- Balances
& reconciles payroll - Sets up all new permanent full time & eligible other than continuous full time employees
n OMERS e-access. - Maintains employee benefit &
paysl records within PeopleSoft &Omers E-Access.
