    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial reporting and results of the company. The CFO will be responsible for developing a financial and operational strategy, managing administrative, financial, IT, and risk management operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide financial guidance and counsel to the CEO and operating team on strategic business planning, budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and corporate growth strategies.
    • Lead and manage the finance staff, overseeing accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit, treasury, and capital structure functions.
    • Manage relationships with audit firms, investors, debtors, suppliers, customers, and partners.
    • Ensure compliance with securities statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
    • Develop and implement measurements and reporting dashboards to enable real-time assessment of performance.

    Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience in a publicly traded company.
    • Technology sector or related familiarity, preferably with a heavy services component.
    • Experience working in a firm addressing global markets and complexities.
    • Experience managing IT functions within the finance mandate.
    • M&A experience.
