We are looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our efforts and deliver results ERP Buddies is seeking a
Marketing Assistant who will immediately contribute to the organization and the Marketing team efforts.

Responsibilities:

Write and/or edit content in accordance with the company style guide and standards.
Take in charge of entire company socials including posts, stories and community engagement.
Be the face of the company. Shoot webinars, podcasts and be part of the company reels
Shoot tiktok / reels content that showcase company culture, perks etc.

Requirement

A Confident personality that doesn't shy away in front of cameras / mics
Participate in content planning and social calendarbuilding.
Research ERP and technology industryrelated topics to come up with new content ideas.
Communicate status, timelines and updates realtime to key stakeholders.
Multitask and manage simultaneous projects within short deadlines.

Qualifications:

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in marketing (digital marketing) or advertising
Completed a University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in writing blogs and using Adobe features.
Selfmotivated individual that is deadlineoriented and works well under pressure.
Strong writing skills
Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person on whom refugee protections has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
And legally entitled to work according to relevant provincial legislation and regulations (international students on a work/study permit are not eligible for the Canada Summer Jobs Program)
