We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


Short Description:


The AI Project Manager, Field Services must also anticipate end-to-end impacts including understanding the core of the problem we're trying to solve, defining business requirements, quantifying financial benefits and leading change across the organization via collaboration with peers.

This individual requires solid project management and problem solving skills with the ability to manage deliverable execution by leveraging standard project management concepts and tools.

This individual should be eager to learn the business teams, tools and processes to better execute their program.


Key Responsibilites:


  • Lead, plan, organize and implement the design and delivery of Field Services Machine Learning projects
  • Effectively engage, lead and influence crossfunctional teams to deliver highest level of quality on all projects within committed timeline and scope, and meeting all project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop project business case, scope, schedule & all relevant project documentation
  • Actively lead the creation of business cases and financial forecasts to prove the viability of new initiatives, including data collection and analysis, process mapping and redesign, and potential operational efficiencies.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals, and instill confidence to ensure alignment to and adoption of solutions.
  • Work with data scientists and analyst to develop solutions that address the business problem at hand
  • Track project and model performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics and techniques
  • Own strategic initiatives that impact all of Field Services including
  • Establishing the process, tools, and resources required to build out the governance model of an initiative
  • Set the strategic vision & initiate projects that drive meaningful impacts to the business

Critical Qualifications:


  • A university degree in a business or technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering, commerce, business management or related field
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to get things done while managing various stakeholders
  • Strategic and creative thinker who is exceptionally adept with quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing & managing business requirements
  • Project / program management skills & experience
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
  • Energetic selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment with ability to work under pressure
  • Authentic, professional and confident communicator. Able to influence project teams and stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills to all levels of the organization
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:


  • PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an asset
  • Field Services experience is an asset
  • Technical Network experience is an asset
