Advantage, a premier maintenance provider for refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial buildings in the Edmonton area, is looking for a skilled Refrigeration and HVAC Technician to strengthen our team and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on walkin equipment, reachin equipment, ice machines, rooftop equipment (RTU, MUA, EF), data centers (CRAC), and boiler and heating equipment.
- Ensure client satisfaction by staying with the client until every reasonable effort has been made to resolve issues.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by overcommunicating within the team and with clients, and by maintaining a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Have some fun while delivering topnotch service.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Actively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
