Kootenay Columbia College (KCC) is a well-established post-secondary college that has been in operation since 1996. KCC is designated by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. The heart of KCC lies in our amazing teaching faculty and students.

Our faculty consists of passionate individuals, many of whom run successful private practices or have decades of experience working in their modalities.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and provide information about our educational programs
  • Conduct admissions interviews and provide guidance to prospective students on program requirements and career opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses, to promote our institution
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in educational policies to effectively educate prospective students

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in admissions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other admissions software is a plus

Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
