Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Supervisor, Surveillance, this position is responsible for monitoring interior and exterior areas of a property by closed circuit television cameras and maintaining visual recor ds.

Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

**Key Accountabilities

Monitors, documents and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalents transactions, excluded and selfexcluded guests and unauthorized access; reports violations to the Supervisor, Surveillance
Maintains logs and records
Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education and Qualifications

High School Diploma
Post secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education an d experience an asset
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Work experience in security or surveillance an asset
Serving it Right Certification
Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
Ability to work 10 hour shifts Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
