We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the construction of our data center projects.


Position Overview:

As a Construction Manager at CRSC, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our data center construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control.

With your expertise and leadership, you will ensure that our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Preparation:


  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and opportunities.

Construction Management:


  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including site preparation, building construction, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Resource Allocation and Management:


  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Procure and coordinate delivery of construction materials and equipment according to project timelines and requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor construction staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:


  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet established standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address issues related to safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Communication:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all constructionrelated communications with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure project success.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

$85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
