Job Summary

The Data Entry Administrator is responsible for entering & assessing all Contract submissions sent to us by our team of Sales Agents.

Additional responsibilities relating to processing contracts will be assigned. This position will take place in a fast paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Processing Contract submissions
Inputting Contract submissions
Reviewing entries for data entry errors
Verifying compliance as per industry standards
Understanding company standards
Consulting with other departments when required

Qualifications and Skills

Data Entry experience is a must
Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills
Some Customer Service experience

This is a Full-time position onsite: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
