OTT Properties is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to provide guidance and leadership in its Financial Department.

Duties:

Plan, organize and lead the Financial Department;
Develop and implement financial and internal audit policies, systems and procedures;
Evaluate financial reporting systems and procedures, prepare advisory reports to the executives;
Coordinate and supervise the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, financial analysis and management reports;
Coordinate and supervise the preparation of internal audit reports and advise on improvements and/or changes;
Conduct financial risk assessments and prepare analysis reports;
Make recommendations in relation to changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial controls to the executives;
Hire key personnel of the department.

Qualifications required:

Fifteen or more years of experience as financial or audit manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Extensive experience in internal auditing and financial management.
Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Communication skills.
