    Senior Management Position

    A senior management position is available for a highly qualified individual with extensive experience in organizational leadership and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
    • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
    • Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
    • Objectives and Policies: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
    • Negotiations: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
    • Scheduling and Planning: Plan schedules, goals, and objectives.
    • Contact Management: Establish and maintain contact with suppliers.
    • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans.
    • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.

    Technical Requirements

    • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

    Work Environment

    • Pressure and Deadlines: Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Maintain attention to detail despite a large workload.
