    Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at either our Bude or Holsworthy office. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of post-qualification experience with a strong background in private client matters.

    • The role requires good experience and expertise in all private client areas including Will drafting, Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts, Succession Planning, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity Issues, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration.

    This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a friendly and successful firm with a large diverse client base. As part of this role you will be expected to take an active part in business development using specialist software such as Advanced Partner for Windows linked to Isokon.
