What You Will Do

  • Capture, manage and analyze market, customer, competitor, and industry information and synthesize into actionable competitive intelligence;
  • Identify trends and propagate key insights that will improve our B&A value proposition and competitive approach;
  • Develop recommendations for our B&A technological roadmap, collaborate with internal stakeholders on the delivery of identity management projects, and launch market led solutions;
  • Work with technical development team to ensure project deliverables and alignment to the technological roadmap and provide technical guidance (analysis and solutioning) as needed;
  • Work with the stakeholders to establish the product features and coordinate product release schedule with project teams and other product management teams as needed;
  • Develop technical content for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses led by our Business Development and Proposal Writing teams;
  • Build, develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, content and marketing communication materials that articulate our B&A value proposition and resonate with customers;
  • Participate in engagements (customer visits, conferences, summits) and build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with current and potential customers;
  • Lead and/or contribute to new initiatives as identified by the Executive Director of Biometrics and Analytics; and
  • Various other duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and Experience_
  • University degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Additional degree in business (Bachelors Business Admin./Commerce/Finance or MBA) is an asset
  • 510 years of professional experience in the IT field e.g., Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Product Manager, etc.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) are an asset
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • NicetoHave's_
  • Knowledge of biometric authentication solutions
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Experience in computational analysis of data or statistics
  • Experience in writing proposal response content for government RFPs
  • Experience in developing marketing/communications assets and content
  • Skills and Abilities_
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Proficiency with Power BI or other similar business intelligence software
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Excellent organization/timemanagement/prioritization skills
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
  • Authentic customerfocused approach

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance
  • Ability to travel internationally approx. 46 weeks/year
