This opportunity is for a 1 Year Term beginning September, 2023 until October, 2024.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance into best in class methodologies for talent acquisition
Work with leadership teams to understand key business issues and develop appropriate staffing plans
Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
Act as a liaison and project manager with approved thirdparty agencies and vendors who provide additional recruitingrelated services to the organization
Utilize recruitment technology to elevate success and speed of recruitment activities
Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations to improve processes based on market trends

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources or other related field is preferred
3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
Professional services industry experience, with successful recruit of senior level professionals
Understanding of recruitment technology and social media solutions
