- Provide housing navigation services to clients, including assessment, case management, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and resources.
- Assist clients in identifying and accessing housing resources.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Provide follow-up services to ensure client success.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Knowledge of housing resources and services.
