Responsibilities:

Receive and/or place telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints with skill and tact
Direct calls to sales representatives or technical/service areas where applicable
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved
Solve customer problems through communication best practices
Analyze customer service needs for communication to other departments as required

Job Requirements:

1 to 3+ years of experience in a progressive customer service environment
Highly strong phone and technology skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive and customer serviceoriented approach and personality
The ability to work under pressure
The ability to work collaboratively and make good judgements on escalations, problem solving and

- the direction of calls

A High School Diploma is _required_ with Post-Secondary in a related field being an _asset_
