Job summary

We are seeking a Compensation Manager to execute the compensation strategy and philosophy across North America Commercial Businesses.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills with experience in job evaluations, market benchmarking, and job offers. They must be able to navigate ambiguous situations and foster collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years' compensation experience.
