Algieri Boileau Legal is looking for an Accident Benefits Legal Assistant/Clerk with a minimum of 3 years experience in Personal Injury Law.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to litigation team;
- Building and maintaining client relationships;
- Communication with insurance companies and medical facilities;
- Complete OCF Forms and drafting LAT Applications;
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents;
- Reviewing medical documentation and preparing file summaries;
- Scheduling appointments.
Qualifications:
- Superior knowledge of the SABS;
- Superior knowledge of LAT Rules and Procedures;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- The ability to work well under pressure;
- Strong organizational skills;
- The ability to multitask.
