As a Customer Service Representative at Front Street Animal Hospital you are the face of our clinic. Your position is very important, as our clients will base their first impression on their interaction with you.

A Day in The Life

• Opening waiting area for business.
• Counting the float from the night before.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Entering medical history.
• Helping clients with their purchases.
• Animal restraint.
• Cleaning front area, maintaining food shelves.
• Unpacking daily order.
• Handling laboratory samples such as urine, blood and stool samples.
• Following up with patients from the day before.

Answering a phone call, while settling two invoices and submitting a referral request is your opinion of a personal victory.

No experience? No problem If you have a background in the human medical field, reception, or customer service industry we can teach and train (how do you think we got this far).
