About This Role
We are looking for a savvy Business System Analysis Specialist to join our growing team of technologist.

The hire will be responsible for maintaining our current our data pipelines and be a key contributor as we design the next generation of cloud native data and analytics platform.


Department Overview
The TDS Veritas Platform is the cross-asset pricing and risk management platform for TD Securities.

TDS Veritas is also the strategic storage and compute infrastructure for numerous business-aligned products used by front office users as well as risk management functions in the Investment Bank.

Within the wider platform team, the TDS Veritas Data Interfaces team is responsible for sourcing and curating Trade, Market Data and Reference Data information.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise between our Stakeholder, Product Owners, and upstream source systems.
  • Own our backlog, act as a scrum master for the team
  • Identify, Clarify, Analyze and Confirm any requests for data sourcing or data changes for our ETL pipelines.
  • Ensure that the requirements are clear, edge cases are considered, and impact of the changes are understood.
  • Assist and support the developers from intake, to development, testing, and release of new features.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives and bring run cross team collaboration projects.
  • Contribute and Lead discussions that drive positive changes in the way we work and our team culture

Job Requirements

It helps if you have:

  • Undergraduate Degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a related field of job function.
  • Experience in Capital Markets and the Trade Life Cycle
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience with APIs, SQL.

Nice to have:


  • Experience in reading basic Java code

Desired Interpersonal Skills:


  • Strong sense of ownership along with customer focus.
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
