Description

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment and machinery at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance
• Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of service requests
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a field service technician or similar role preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problemsolving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
