About the position


Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and technical service team in their day-to-day tasks.

What you'll do

  • Actively work with account managers to develop new business and create growth with Univar Solutions current customer base across various industries.
  • Assist the sales team with the customers' Annual Reviews.
  • Provide support in creating customer scorecards and adhoc reporting for Account Managers.
  • Enter sample requests and collect quality certificates for customers.
  • Actively manage and maintain customer information in Tableau database.
  • Update quotes to deliver pricing information to customers
  • Various other sales supportrelated duties to help with general ease of business and optimal customer satisfaction.

What we would like from you

  • Post-Secondary training in chemistry, chemical or petroleum engineering.
  • SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau experience an asset.
