We're looking for a great person to join the team and help us serve the most prestigious clients in the Spa and Wellness industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as first point of contact for all Employee Technology Support for Book4Time
  • Take ownership of support requests from beginning to successful completion
  • Provide high quality employee technology support to the user community in a PC and MAC environment
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service
  • Coordinate and implement hardware upgrades and replacements as required
  • Log all IT support activity in the ticketing system
  • Keep accurate records and inventories of corporate assets (i.e. desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Patching of all Windows and Mac systems
  • Ensure compliance with, and implementation of Book4Time Corporate IT Standards
  • Communicate solutions and ideas with local team and IT staff
  • Build and maintain hardened images for Windows computers
  • Cultivate opportunities for selfserve capabilities based on understanding of reported issues

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including demonstrated customer service and relationship building capabilities
  • Excellent communications skills, oral and written
  • Ability to deal with, prioritize and organize multiple tasks in a timesensitive environment
  • Ability to work independently and to meet defined deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Enjoys proactively analyzing and solving problems

Qualifications:

  • 3 Years+ of IT Experience including working in employee technology support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple desktop operating systems (managing, configuring and trouble shooting)
  • Knowledge of mobile devices such as phone and tablets (managing, configuring and trouble shooting)
  • Network troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with IT Service Management Tools
  • Experience providing handson and remote end user support
  • Experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365, Slack, Gsuite, Zoom, Genesys and Apple OS
  • Professional certifications and training including CompTIA A+, ITIL V3 and Project management are an asset
  • Familiarity with Compliance Standards (PCI, SSAE 16)
