About the Role:

  • The Pro Shop Attendant will assist in the operation of the pro shop including answering phones, managing tee times, enforcing the dress code and selling merchandise while ensuring high quality service to membership and guests.
  • The Pro Shop Attendant will conduct tours, inform and enthuse potential residents and golf members of RiverBend Golf Community and facilities and develop and maintain a rapport and trusting relationship with the membership.
  • The Pro Shop Attendant will assist with merchandising and product displays in the pro shop.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Related experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Must be available for flexible hours, including days, afternoons and weekends.
