The Position

Indigo's Marketing and Innovation department is looking for an EV Operations Coordinator to assist the EV Manager in the deployment of EV charging infrastructure within Indigo's parking facilities.

As an EV Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of new electric vehicle charging stations, from initiation through to completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinate with different partners and internal stakeholders all the field work required to deploy new EV charging stations, from site visits with electrical contractor to the setup and configuration of chargers once installed.
Work alongside distributors and electrical contractors to ensure that timelines are respected, and deadlines are met.
Proactively monitor the charging stations' performance and offer support, including any service calls for repairs, to ensure optimal uptime.
Act as the main point of contact and the expert internally on questions related to the deployment of EV Chargers in parking and train the regional teams on matters related to EV chargers' installation and operation.
Alongside the EV Manager, foster the relationship with our existing partners, including electrical contractors, distributors, and manufacturers
Complete any other tasks related to the deployment of EV chargers, notably all matters related to signage inside and outside the parking.

Skills:

Experience coordinating multiple projects at the same time, with the ability to manage varying priorities simultaneously.
Great problemsolving skills, especially in projects requiring field work and the participation of external stakeholders.
Basic knowledge, or a keen interest, for EV charging infrastructure, mobility, electric vehicles, and electrical installations.
Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and display professionalism.
Organizational and critical thinking skills.
