Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of healthcare facilities or departments.
Manage medical and administrative staff, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of patient data, billing, and healthcare operations in accordance with HIPAA and privacy standards.
Coordinate between departments and external partners to ensure continuity of care and services.
Implement and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
Address patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in health information systems (EHRs), Microsoft Office Suite, and healthcare management software.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership ability with experience in managing diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare administration or healthcare management role.
Proven track record in managing operations within a clinical or hospital setting.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Full-time position
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility may be required based on healthcare facility needs)
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CMS guidelines).
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage healthcare budgets.
Ability to lead with empathy and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Competence in strategic planning and policy development.
High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
