Description

• Perform analyst risk assessment and audit reporting activities on customer assets to address customer solution service commitments. Generate digital risk assessment reports and presentations for clients to address service deliverables.
• Serve as a use case expert and engage in presales activities including technical demos, proof of concepts and external training as required serving as a primary technical consultation point of contact through the Media Sonar presales and customer journey
• Develop relationships with clients and provide expertise and support to their questions regarding capabilities, use cases, and threats.
• Work closely and collaborate with our experienced, cross functional team to discover, understand and articulate customer needs, help our product team identify and articulate themes/problems to solve and collaborate on brainstorming ideas to solve them, with a true 'outsidein' approach.
• Work closely with our Product and Revenue teams to evolve and mature our service offering to address profitable market opportunities by helping to identify niches and gaps in market, generating ideas and requirements to address and participating in gotomarket execution on service offering.
• Forge relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and across all business functions

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or comparable experience
• Comfortable speaking technically with analysts and strategically with senior executives
• Strong written communication and verbal presentation skills
• Experience in setting and managing expectations with key external/internal stakeholders and team members
• Proven ability to respond to immediate requests from clients and manage priorities based on the needs of multiple customers
• Ability to prioritize and execute with moderatelimited direction or oversight
• Curiosity and a willingness to develop and adapt to dynamic requirements

• Experience conducting cyber threat research
• Proficiency in placing tactical data into proper context and translating results into potential client risk
• Demonstrated experience utilizing a threat monitoring platform in support of intelligence/security requirements (e.g., commercial or government intelligence collection tools)
• Experience defining and managing intelligence requirements
• Possesses certification and/or course completion in areas of OSINT
