We are looking for a Manager, Facilities to join our Brampton shot peening team

Our Manager, Facilities is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, including production scheduling, and ensuring all team members have the correct PPE and equipment to complete their tasks efficiently.

The Facilities Manager is our Safety Champion and ensures all EH&S compliance at the facility.

Your Challenge

Manage the production process across two shifts.
Manage the coordination and compliance of the Quality Management System (NADCAP, ISO9001, AS9100) and multiple customer specific specifications.
Coordinate and schedule all customer jobs ensuring meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsible for customer communication and inquiries regarding upcoming jobs and jobs in progress.
Manage labour personnel including scheduling and training.
Support site's P&L targets.

What You Bring

Strong knowledge of EH&S principles including risk management.
5 years of experience leading and building a results driven team in a job shop environment, preferably aerospace manufacturing.
Understanding aerospace quality management systems (NADCAP, ISO9001, and AS9100).
Strong planning and scheduling background, ability to quickly respond to customer needs, delegate and manage responsibilities for a wide range of activities.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
Must be eligible to meet the requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CPG)
