Our client is looking for a
Bilingual
Licensed Insurance Professional to join their growing team For this position, the successful applicant will hold either their
OTL or RIBO license and will work in office in the Grimsby, Ontario location.

What You Will Do:

Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.

What you have:

Retail Customer Service or Sales experience, with preference in the property and casualty insurance industry

A valid OTL/RIBO license as an asset:

Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Postsecondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
Ability to travel to and work full time in office
Fully Bilingual in French/English
