As an HR Administrator you'll be documenting policy and procedures, supporting, and creating employee relations documentation while protecting sensitive information.   • WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to the HR Operations Manager .
  • Maintain employee files by ensuring documentation is organized and filed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that critical processing deadlines are met including following up.
  • Create and maintain employee letters and documentation.
  • Adhere to AMA and Human Resources policy and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely production of daily work processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for HR administrative procedures and processes.
  • Generate various reports as required.
  • Complete correspondence, photocopying, filing.
  • Create, produce, and analyze ad hoc reports.
  • WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a minimum of 2 years in an Administration role, an HR Education is considered an asset.
  • You have experience in administering health benefits.
  • You're able to obtain a Police Information Check.
  • You work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • You've got strong interpersonal skills with highly developed communication skills.
  • You are a self starter and can demonstrate initiative.
  • You have knowledge of office procedures, processes, and manual filing.
  • You have excellent writing skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You're proficient in the following MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
