    We're building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world.

    At CIBC, we are on a mission to build the relationship-focused bank of the future and we are inviting Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit or Métis) students who have completed or will complete your Master's or MBA degree in year 2025 to be contacted by a member of our Talent Acquisition Team.

    We aim to create an engaged team that reflects the clients and communities we serve.

    Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.

    Your rotationdecisionswill bedriven byyourpassion, career interests, and business demand, and will give you the opportunity to explore and network across thebank.

    As a GLDPAssociate, rotation opportunities are endless–you can leadprojects focused on providing a positive employee and client experiencewith our products and services,positively impact business results by identifying opportunities and improving processes, and moreThroughout your rotations, you willbe able to expand your network by collaborating with different teams anddeveloping business relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders.

    GLDP will set you up for success with comprehensive orientations and training, access to anExecutive mentor, andmany individual and group learningopportunitieswhichensureyour learning and developmentare a priority.

    With the help of yourpeer andalumni mentors, you will be part of a vibrant community of talented professionals who are pursuing their rotations and will be your initial network as you expand your career with CIBC.

    In addition toyourday-to-day rotation work,you will have the opportunity topursue your interests and passion projects and getinvolved in meaningful worksuchasInclusionand Diversity initiatives,community outreach,internalprogram committeesand more.

    You have completed or will complete your Master's or MBA degree 2025, 2024, 2023
    February and August 2025(To be confirmed during the official interview stage).
