Primary Responsibilities:
The primary job is to exceed our client's expectations for outstanding service.

Receptionist is a key player who is responsible for a good first impression of our company to all clients and potential clients.


The position required strong communication skills, the ability to take initiative in fast paced situations, and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and assignments.


Specific Responsibilities:


Receptionist:


  • Answer all phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Greet all customers and visitors. Make sure that all clients sign in upon arrival and departure.
  • Offer and provide refreshments to guests.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Send our MLS mail out daily as required.
  • Generate call report each Friday as required.
  • Generate sales report each Wednesday as required.
  • Organize conferences and meetings as needed.
  • Make sure that the conference room is tidy and clean after each meeting.
  • Responsible for ordering breakfast for the crew and/or lunches for staff.
  • Responsible for running the dishwasher in the lunchroom each Friday.

Administrative Assistant:


  • Handle all Government RP's, incoming telephone, Google, Word Press and LMP leads/sales opportunities.
  • Act as a back up for scheduling premove surveys for outside representatives as required.
  • Act as a back up for pricing moves
  • Local, LD, CRB, Import and Export as required.
  • Scan all LD and CRB paperwork to SIRVA Administration Manager.
  • Provide all necessary support to SIRVA Administration Manager.
  • Assist with marketing when required.
  • Set up Moveware and paper files and create estimates for Local, LD, and Cross Border relocations as required.
  • Create all necessary workorder as required.
  • Create D OF R's and estimates as required.
  • Coordinate all moves out of storage and storage access requests.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Create workorders for Truck Repairs for Toronto and Burlington branch.
  • Work on special projects as required.
