Full Time - Temporary for 1 year, with possibility of extension

Core Function:

In consultation with Program Manager of Volunteer & Services Development, the Program Coordinator coordinates the planning and implementation of the Online Dementia Guidance Resource Hub for Chinese Communities in Canada project

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social or Health Services, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in project management and coordination, supervisory experience an asset
Excellent working knowledge and experience in planning and implementation of digital projects
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English and Chinese
Relevant satisfactory work performance

Working Condition:

Light
Normal
Occasional travel use of own vehicle
