    We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can provide a fresh, creative approach to helping customers understand all that Prime has to offer.

    This individual will drive member acquisition and engagement through content testing, supporting product launches, and owning the segments marketing strategy that will drive dramatic impact on the growth of Amazon Prime in Canada.

    They have some tech-savviness and can often be found investigating emerging technologies and piecing together multiple systems to unlock marketing opportunities.

    Experience in marketing or e-commerce merchandising is highly desired, especially with a background in online testing.

    They use data to drive decisions, but also search for customer insights and anecdotes to set a new strategic vision for how to engage Prime members.

    They have a willingness to move and experiment often, and can create and prioritize a roadmap of marketing executions that serve as learnings along the way.

    They can work extremely effectively in a matrix organization and develop win-win partnerships with other teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment; will be a creative and analytical problem solver.

    Key job responsibilities
    As a Product Marketing Manager, you will set the vision for content testing, product launch marketing, and GTM activities for segments (e.g. Gen Z, New to Canada, French Quebec, etc.).

    Your responsible for developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as developing and executing on go to market strategies key Prime segments and product launches.

    You will work closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Benefit partner teams, as well as Senior Business Leaders across CA and WW to define new initiatives and customer experiences, analyze the business and present your vision.

    You will conceive and manage Prime member acquisition and engagement for key segments through innovative solutions across onsite CX, email, and core product features.

    A focus on testing will be important, as will the ability to then scale insights to have a broad impact.

    The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
    • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
    • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
    • Experience in marketing or marketing research
    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
