JOB DESCRIPTION
We are embarking on a technology and architecture transformation project that will utilize best practices, methodologies, and tools.

Our team plays a central role in providing effective, sustainable, and innovative solutions that help customers, franchisees, and employees achieve their goals.

As a member of the Technology Solutions Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to elicit and analyze business needs and requirements, design new solutions, and enhance existing systems that address those needs.

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience and contribute your ideas to our new product.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will report to the Director of Solutions Delivery.

You will be responsible for managing requirements with the Solutions Delivery team of IT and collaborating with various Panago teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing detailed business requirements and software product specifications that address customer and business needs.
Researching information and documenting agreements and findings from discussions among various business and IT stakeholders.
Drawing insights from various analysis activities and producing highquality documentation using appropriate modeling or documentation techniques (e.g., BRD, Use Cases, UML diagrams, Business Case Analysis, Process Maps, etc.).
Providing clarification and support to project management, business analysis, development, testing, development operations, and support teams to ensure the correct interpretation of the business requirements and contribute to a successful software implementation.
Assisting in elaborating upon features/user stories for the team to implement.
Assisting in triaging reported issues and requests for system enhancements.
Participating in business process analysis and reengineering efforts.
Participating in testing and implementing software solutions to ensure that acceptance criteria are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is an entrylevel position for top graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in the food or retail industries. A high GPA is MANDATORY.
1 year of experience in software development and implementation initiatives or similar technologyrelated projects (asset).
Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience using software tools (Microsoft tools, LucidChart, or similar tools, etc.) to present ideas and document information.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and listening skills.
Excellent analytical skills and fanatical attention to detail.
Keen interest in active learning.
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and with high quality.
Motivated selfstarter who is quick to adapt and work with mínimal supervision.
Good analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability and desire to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working in agile software development teams (asset).
