***WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the activities and inter
- relationships of the various departments within the Finance Function.
- Use detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable current processes within the function and work with Finance Leadership to create "world class" processes appropriate for the NFI business globally.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders, vendors and third parties.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Measure project performance using appropriate system/tools
- KPIs and monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, standards throughout entire project execution
- Responsible for ensuring all ley controls (ICFR Internal Controls) identified under their area of responsibility are designed and operation as outline in the internal controls over financial reporting.
- Ensure policies and processes are established and adhered to ensure goals and objectives for all regulatory and legal requirements are met including organizational quality, environmental, health & safety programs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Post-secondary education.
- 3+ years of AP experience.
- Exposure to / knowledge of other areas of a Group finance function is an advantage.
- Project management skill is an asset.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, MS Project, Unigraphics, Oracle).
- Good leadership skill and ability to communicate well in a group setting and within all levels of the organization.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize task within a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptive quick learner and can demonstrate strong change management skills.
- Travel up to 20%.
