Responsibilities

Lead the proposal, planning and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private, public, notforprofit and Indigenous sectors
Execute projects related to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy development
Manage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)
Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
Review, design and develop highquality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs
Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related field
CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
6 to 7 years of human capital strategy experience, ideally in a consulting and clientservice environment
Experience in business and practice development
Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics
Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education.
