Description

serve as assistant to the Team Lead during the construction of hardscape projects
- construct new projects within the budgeted hours estimated
- help coordinate with woodworking and softscape teams ensuring consistent planning and project management
- help with the coordination of any sub-trades working on the project
- be a part of coordinating the planning of the project to ensure efficient completion
- help with the creation of macro plans for the construction schedule
- ensuring quality installations to the Wentworth Standard for all tasks
- ensuring best in industry safety practices
- ensuring that training is being done in an intentional way focusing on holding technical
skills equal to leadership and management skills
- help to communicate daily 6's and with coworkers throughout the day

Pay:
$24.00-$30.00 per hour
