ACCOUNT MANAGER
Crown Lift Trucks Canada
We are currently hiring an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team
Crown Lift Trucks is the premier material handling dealer in Canada. We are a leader in the industry and are considered a one-stop shop for all material handling needs.
Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training.
The Role
- Prospect and develop new account quoting opportunities in the branch territory.
- Create a target list and strategize with the Sales Manager to break into competitive accounts.
- Arrange customer meetings to present Crown Lift Trucks organization, and all products, and services Crown offers.
- Maintain weekly/monthly contact with existing account contacts so that account issues can be proactively solved resulting in a positive customer experience.
- Work with Branch aftermarket team to defend and grow Crown's market share in the area.

Education and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a sales representative.
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Proven success in developing new business opportunities.
- Confidence in public speaking settings.
- Some experience with complex contract negotiations is an asset.
- Ability and perseverance to break into long standing competitive accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Superior customer service personality attributes required.
- Demonstrate problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
- Computer literate with Microsoft products, Power Point etc.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.
