Regional Sales Representative - Vaughan, Canada - Ultramatic Canada Corporation
Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, friendly and sales-oriented individual for a Outside Sales Representative role in Toronto.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude a must. You will be responsible for managing the daily sales of existing customers and driving new sales.Your focus will be on growing our Foam business segment by servicing our customer base as well as growing into new accounts.
Some ideal qualifications you possess:
- 2 3 years of experience in a sales position
Furniture and Mattress experience a MUST:
- An energetic person capable of exuding positivity and consistently delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience
- Has a track record of consistently improving sales performance through best practices and effective sales and store operations strategies
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- A selfstarter with excellent communication skills
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Three to five years of industry sales experience
