Our Claims Client Care Advisors work hard to provide support to our clients and our Accident Benefits Adjusters on the team. They're responsible for completing initial contact questionnaires with clients, determining whether treatment is required after an accident. They will also be tasked to send out AB packages, following up with clients to ensure documents are completed. With the support from the Team Lead, they'll also handle small minor injury claims, carrying the file throughout its life cycle ensuring that the client gets back to normal.

Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.

The most important characteristics of our best CCCA's are that they are empathetic, organized, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.

**You're great at**:

- Customer Service

**You have**:

- 1-3 years of office experience; an Insurance or Medical/Clinic background is an asset
- Completed a Post-Secondary program
- Strong Customer Service background
- A team-first mentality
