Job summary
The Station Administrator will provide administrative support to the company's airport operations by performing various tasks such as recruitment activities front-line positions including screening resumes scheduling interviews performing interviews checking references coordinating onboarding processing new-hire paperwork organizing badging forwarding documents to corporate Human Recourses department verifying certifications staff training records maintaining employee files assisting managers supervisors timecard system payroll cycle procuring purchasing needs inventory management fluid production reporting etc driving maintain high level efficiency productivity team environment culture accomplish any other tasks assigned management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalent previously administration experience successful completion classroom on-the-job training excellent verbal written communication skills ability listen others value opinions interpret information promote execute ideas prepare reports presentations lead groups provide foundation open communication intermediate computer skills Microsoft programs Outlook Word Excel Inland independent computer programs IceLink ability remain calm perform under pressure fixed time constraints exhibit sound judgement confidentiality willing learn new skills adapt change meet needs customers considered asset Valid Airside Vehicle Operators Permit AVOP Restricted Area Identity Card RAIC physical demands expected candidate physically fit assist operational requirements remain seated extended periods time using computer keyboard mouse use hands handle feel objects tools controls speak clearly hear efficiently specific vision abilities include close distance color peripheral depth adjust focus wearing personal protective equipment full mobility movement high-risk environment.
