- Operate soft washing and pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Work on flat roofs, managing hoses or using water fed poles and other pressure washing equipment.
- Operate the pump system in accordance with training provided by management and utilize any required software during operations.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, and basic repairs.
- Assist skilled workers with tasks as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- WORKING AT HEIGHTS CERTIFICATION IS MANDATORY
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge pressure washing *with experience*
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
