Customer Service Coordinator - Task List and ExpectationsTasks and ResponsibilitiesOrganization
Keep detailed accounts of the projects/potential projects at hand in all departments

Keep Google calendar updated with any events or important meetings, PM's

Be detail oriented when creating documents; ensuring a profession approach to business

Keep detailed records of office inventory and staff clothing inventoryKeeping TSSA forms and WSIB forms up to dateEnsure insurance forms are kept up to dateScan and upload any important documents for the business


Customer Service
Answer calls that come into the office and provide answers/direct the customer to the appropriate team member

Handle small client disputes in a calm and sensible manner, larger disputes are organized for PM's and follow-ups required

Respond to potential leads on ZenDeskRespond to potential leads from KineticoGreet clients and offer refreshments


Scheduling
Schedule appointments on a daily and weekly basis for both Employees through the Jobber platform

Schedule site visits and phone call quotes for the Project Managers

Report to Project Managers on any emergency calls to be scheduled

Schedule inspections for projects with the cityHelp with vacation requests and inputting them into Jobber and the calendarSchedule all van maintenance to ensure the longevity of our vans


Office Support
Be an integral part of events that occur at the Marvellous office and help with the planning of such events

Follow up with late dailies from the previous dayAssist in the orientations of future Marvellous employees

Be able to provide assistance to the Visionary, Controller, Director of Administration, and the Project Managers

Keep track of Vans using Fleeteye ensuring they arrive at site on time

Assist with warranty claims and inspection reportsCreate "to-do" task lists for both Project Managers

Order clothing for technicians and office staff

Assist with the onboarding of new CO-OP studentsAssist with Maplewood tenant information and upkeep


Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
