The Role:
We are looking for a machinist or an apprentice machinist to join the team at our south Edmonton location. This position works Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Some overtime may be required as needed.

Responsibilities and Qualifications we are seeking:

CNC turning and/or milling experience (FANUC/HAAS)
Ability to adjust offsets
Ability to make program edits or write programs with G-Code without CAM software
Fluent in machining math with the use of a calculator
Set up and prove unproven programs
Select tools by reading program instructions and using experience to determine what is necessary
Ability to interpret engineered blueprints
Proficiency with precision measuring tools

Has the ability to take direction when appropriate and who can also work independently
Is flexible and understanding when asked to switch between tasks and reprioritize responsibilities.

Pay:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
