TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER
***- We are looking for a passionate Territory Account Manager to join our fast-growing team focused on partnering with our customers for mutual success and driving opportunities in new accounts.

  • As a Territory Account Manager your focus is on growing our revenue through building exceptional relationships, being a trusted advisor, guiding customers with new ideas, support and the offering and selling GINQO solutions, technologies and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and expand client relationships, including sales activities, presales, consulting, industry expertise, customer success, and ongoing relationships
  • Understand and discover customer needs/opportunities and communicate the GINQO value through effective positioning of our software and services.
  • Meet with clients to discuss analytics goals, plans and needs, ensuring a partnership approach to GINQO business.
  • Partner and collaborate with GINQO software partners on leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and host software and solution demonstrations, organize proofs of concept projects together with the customer and our presales team.
  • Be focused but responsible when advancing, negotiating and closing business with prospects and customers.
  • Effectively manage our CRM system with contact and sales activities.
  • Assist with marketing events and activities.
  • Manage business opportunities and coordinate with sales and business leadership to deliver.

Requirements:


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 23 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Development roles.
  • Experience or passion in the opportunity to help organizations transform their businesses with data and analytics
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead customer meetings and interactive business discussions
  • Successful completion of a university or college program
  • Experience/expertise with Office and CRM software

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with and existing network of contacts and potential customers in Toronto and Ontario market
  • Understanding of the Data Analytics and Data Integration market
  • An existing network of potential customers is a significant advantage
  • French language proficiency would be an advantage
