We are an innovative and evolving group focusing on locally sourced, made in house food, YYC brewed craft beer, playful + fun crafted cocktails.

We have an incredible opportunity to join Starbelly group as a Bartender of our flagship location,
Starbelly Open Kitchen + Lounge.

This location has been operating for 8 years, and boasts an incredible wine list, signature cocktails, a beautiful dining space (including a private dining room), and the showmanship of an open kitchen where guests can sit and observe their steaks being grilled in front of them.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate service and deliver efficient, accurate service to guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Strive to exceed service standards by working as a team
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of all menu offerings
• Confidently answer question about menu offerings; offer recommendations and suggest addons
• Assist coworkers as necessary in order to provide the best possible experience for the guest
• Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
• Generate accurate bills using Touch Bistro
• Maintain a clean work environment in all food & beverage area
• Complete additional duties to ensure the next shift is setup for success
• Other assignments as required
• Efficient and timely craftsmanship of signature cocktails
• Embrace the story and the background of each cocktail and relay to guests
• Constantly displaying high levels of hospitality

Some requirements are as follows:

• ProServe Certification is required
• A minimum of 6 months bartending experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Must have energetic, enthusiast, and positive attitude
• High levels of engagement
• Serviceoriented and experience driven individual
• Proven track record of creating exceptional experiences

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

From $15.00 per hour
