Description

To sell and serve alcoholic beverages to customers that are the legal drinking age and to maintain a clean, orderly and well-stocked bar and service area.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements while creating a great guest experience for all customers.

Cause & Effect is a Very Fast Paced restaurant and Lounge

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow work schedule provided and review upcoming function agreements.

Setup bar area and seating area prior to opening. Checks opening inventory, notes any shortages or changes.

Pours and Dispenses Alcoholic Beverages to Legal age guests. Checks ID's of all customer that look 30 years or younger.

Rotates and restocks bar coolers, with inventory from walk-in cooler.

Changes tap on empty kegs. Reports any problems or leaks to MOD.

Cleans all surfaces during shift and at end of shift.

Cleans all bar tables and wipes clean. Checks chairs for spills.

Maintains and cleans all liquor and draft beer control devices.

Records all Sales by ringing exact amounts into register.

Ensures End of Day Shift Report matches revenue sold.

Greets customers in a courteous fashion, with great guest service experience.

Completes Daily Bottle Beer and Draft Reconciliation and Liquor Report, review any shortages and overages and records them for management review.

Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory.

Maintains record of daily operations as required with Communication book and checklists

Informs Manager or MOD, when new bottles of liquor or supplies are needed.

Recognizes levels of intoxication and prevents customers from becoming intoxicated. (Communicates with management if customers get unruly. Documents any problem in Communication book)

Turns on / off any promotional signage

Maintains a safe work environment at all times.

Informs customer about current bar and bowling specials and practices suggestive upselling of beverages on every guest experience.

Restocks bar supplies, such as dry goods, all glassware, all juices and garnishes.

Helps maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas. Equipment, TV's, mirrors signs, tables, chairs, stainless steel.

Performs all duties assigned at the level of Cause & Effect Approved Standards.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary:
From $15.50 per hour
