Our average project size:
$1,500–$5,000+
We handle closing and fulfillment.
You generate qualified buying conversations.
Your Role:
- Identify service-based businesses & growing SMBs needing websites or website upgrades, Marketing and other digital services.
- Reach decision-makers (cold email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Pre-qualify budget and timeline
- Book qualified strategy calls
A Qualified Lead Must:
- Be a decision-maker
- Confirm $1,500+ budget
- Have intent within 30 days
- Agree to a strategy call
Compensation:
1. 15% commission on $1,500–$3,000 deals
2. 20% commission on $3,000+ deals
- No cap
- Paid after payment clears
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced B2B outbound operators
- Comfortable with commission-only
- Track reply rate & booked-call metrics
- Understand qualification deeply

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
